Project Management - methods and tools
This basic training is about the methods and tools of project management. The seminar follows a very interactive approach: The theoretical knowledge is actively applied by the participants in sub-project groups as part of a real project.
One time complex tasks that create something new and are unique, lead to success with good planning, control and comprehensive communication, that is what distinguishes good project management. A basic introduction should not be without best practices, nor should epic fails, i.e. failed projects or endeavours that have exceeded the budget or deadlines.
