Design Thinking ist ein kreativer Innovationsprozess und Ansatz zur Probleml\u00f6sung, der sich auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse und W\u00fcnsche der Benutzer, insbesondere der Kunden, konzentriert. Es handelt sich um einen iterativen Prozess, der in verschiedenen Phasen durchlaufen wird, um innovative L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr komplexe Probleme zu entwickeln: \u201eDenken wie Erfinder\u201c
Der Ansatz wurde urspr\u00fcnglich im Bereich des Produktdesigns entwickelt, ist jedoch f\u00fcr verschiedene Bereiche n\u00fctzlich und inzwischen etabliert, z.B. Technologie, Bildung und Sozialwissenschaften.
Design Thinking ist eine Abfolge von Schritten, mit denen eine m\u00f6glichst diverse Gruppe systematisch ein Problem innovativ l\u00f6st oder eine komplett neue Erfindung macht. Dabei werden m\u00f6glichst viele Perspektiven, insbesondere die der (zuk\u00fcnftigen) Anwender, Nutzer oder Kunden ber\u00fccksichtigt und getestet.
Es ist jedoch mehr als nur eine Anleitung, um Neues zu entwickeln. Design Thinking ist eine grundlegende Haltung, ein Mindset, das auf Offenheit basiert.<\/p>\n

Es gibt verschiedene Einteilungen und Bezeichnungen der Schritte des Gesamtprozesses. Im Kern sind die grundlegenden Phasen des Design Thinking-Prozesses:<\/p>\n

1st area: focus on the problem (\u201cproblem space\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Understand: Gathering information, observing user behavior, and delving deeply into user needs and challenges to understand the problem from the user's perspective.<\/li>\n
  • Empathize: Deepen understanding through interviews with potential users, customers.<\/li>\n
  • Define: Precise definition of the problem based on the information gathered from the understanding phase. It is about focusing on certain aspects of the problem and setting clear goals for the solution development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2nd area: finding a solution (\u201csolution space\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Ideate: In this phase, creative ideas are generated to solve the problem. Various approaches, concepts and possible solutions are developed without being limited to feasibility or implementation.<\/li>\n
    • Prototype development: The best ideas are turned into prototypes or models that give a tangible idea of \u200b\u200bthe solution. These prototypes can come in a variety of forms, such as physical models, sketches, or simulations.<\/li>\n
    • Testing: The prototypes are tested with the users and their feedback is obtained. This helps to identify strengths and weaknesses of the solutions and make adjustments.<\/li>\n
    • Implementation: Based on the feedback from the test phase, the solutions are further developed and refined. Finally, the developed solution is implemented and put into practice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The Design Thinking approach emphasizes collaboration, experimentation, openness to different perspectives and continuous improvement.
